The new urban centre is linked to the surrounding communities, delivering a variety of homes, employment opportunities and commercially focused activity with an emphasis on health and well-being, high-quality open space, and sustainable modes of transport.

The flexible, future-proofed masterplan is supported by a rational plan arrangement that provides inherent robustness to secure the long-term viability of the scheme. A framework of key principles and opportunities areas inform the maximum quantum of development and parameter plans while promoting future innovation and flexibility.

We delivered an exemplar, holistic approach to whole life sustainable development, supporting the transition to a low carbon future through a masterplan which is resilient and adaptable to change.
