People-focused
At Baskerville House, we created a workplace centred around people, bringing together 900 Network Rail staff within a single, connected environment. The design supports wellbeing, collaboration and inclusivity, offering a variety of spaces that respond to different working styles. Light-filled interiors and clear spatial organisation foster a strong sense of community and belonging, helping to embed a new, more agile way of working.

Inventive
The transformation of three floors within this historic landmark celebrates innovation in workplace design. Flexible layouts, adaptable furniture systems and integrated technology enable seamless collaboration and efficient workflows. Every element has been designed to balance heritage with modern functionality, creating an agile, future-ready workspace that reflects Network Rail’s evolving culture.

Responsible
Sustainability is embedded in both design and delivery. The workspace achieves a BREEAM-rated standard through energy-efficient systems, responsible material choices and long-term adaptability. By maximising natural light and promoting sustainable operations, the project enhances wellbeing while reducing environmental impact, ensuring a resilient and responsible workplace for years to come.
